MIDI Clock Divider

I was having issues when using sequencers with my DAW. Generally, I would like bass lines to be slower and end up working best a fraction of the tracks BPM. In this video, the track is running at 120 BPM but the bass sounds best at 60 BPM in my opinion. Without this tool I would have to bounce the entire 120 BPM tack and then record the bass at 60 BPM.
